Sustainable Green Print
Here at Printcraft we use sustainable and eco-friendly production methods.
We hold FSC® certification offering our clients the ability to demonstrate their commitment to responsible forestry,
as well as ISO certification for Environmental Management, Quality Management Systems and Colour Measurement and Control Systems.
Printcraft has recently also made a significant investment with the installation of Solar Panels on our factory roof commencing in early June 2023.
Solar Power is clean and sustainable, and will reduce our reliance on polluting, smog-causing fossil fuels.
What does FSC® Certified mean?
The Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC) is an international, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world's forests. Since its foundation in 1994, FSC has grown to become the world's most respected and widespread forest certification system.
Paper and other print substrates made from trees are both renewable and recyclable, but only when they are responsibly sourced and sensitively processed.
Through responsible management of forests, and verifying the use of recycled materials, the FSC system can help secure a long-term source of paper. FSC can enable the paper and printing sectors to demonstrate their commitment to responsible forestry.
A certified FSC printer is one that has passed an inspection and has processes to ensure the proper chain of custody for paper products used, and that assures the content meets the specification associated with the mark.
Our FSC certification offers our clients the ability to demonstrate their commitment to responsible sourcing through the use of FSC-certified papers and the application of the FSC labels.
Don't worry, using an FSC printer is NOT more expensive than using a non-FSC certified printer.
A Sustainable Green Future

By using vegetable and soy-based inks, we eliminate the need for harmful solvents and chemicals. Our printing presses utilise smart technology to reduce ink use and wastage. They also use special ink cannisters which can be sent back to the supplier for re-use.
We follow sustainable green print practices, by recycling all metal printing plates, waste and off-cuts during the production process.
